Turn your idea into real software
Have domain expertise but no coding background? We help turn real-world knowledge into working software. That's exactly how we started — and now we build for others too.
We specialize in tools for small and mid-sized manufacturers. Shop floor communication, digital forms, supplier management, compliance tracking — problems we understand firsthand.
No massive upfront costs or year-long contracts. We work with you to scope, build, and launch — then hand over something you own and can grow.
Built from the shop floor, not a pitch deck
Quantum Flex AI wasn't born from a startup accelerator or venture capital plan. It was born from long shifts, paperwork piled too high, systems that didn't talk to each other — and years of watching small businesses struggle with tools they couldn't afford or didn't have time to learn.
David Strick began his career in Germany as a helper on the shop floor. He trained as a car mechanic with Volkswagen and Audi, completed military service, and worked his way into industrial manufacturing. When he moved to Canada with his family in 2007, he started over — from the machines up.
Over the next decade, he led production teams, modernized systems, and lived the reality of modern manufacturing. He saw firsthand how small and mid-sized businesses were forced to choose between expensive enterprise software they didn't fully need, or paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools that slowly drained time and energy.
In 2024, David experienced a near-death medical emergency. Surviving surgery and recovery gave him painful clarity: time is not unlimited — and the work that truly matters should make life easier for others. That moment became the real beginning of Quantum Flex AI.
Without a traditional software background, David taught himself to build tools the same way he had learned every trade before — by doing. With AI as a development partner and real shop problems as the guide, he started creating simple, affordable software that small teams could actually use.
"To give small and mid-sized businesses access to practical, reliable tools that were once only available to large corporations."
Quantum Flex AI is not built to chase hype. It's built to quietly solve real problems for the people who keep businesses running every day.
